Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

NavDurga Readymix LLP provides professional Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) supply, delivery, and pumping services. All supplies are subject to availability and project location assessment.

2. Quality & Certification

We guarantee the structural grade of our concrete as per the batch report provided at the time of delivery. However, strength results are dependent on correct site handling, placement, and curing practices by the client.

3. Site Access & Delivery

The client must ensure unobstructed access for Transit Mixers (TM) and Boom Pumps to the discharge point. Delays caused by site inaccessibility or lack of preparation may result in detention charges or material rejection if the batch exceeding its initial setting time.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing is based on the volume and grade specified in the confirmed quote. Any additional volume required on-site during a pour will be billed as per the prevailing rates.

5. Limitation of Liability

NavDurga Readymix LLP is not liable for structural failures resulting from incorrect mix selection, unauthorized site-addition of water, or improper curing by the contractor or client.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
